My Question or Issue

I can’t get my Spotify account to link to my Hulu to get my Hulu activated. I’ve had this problem for years. How have you guys not fixed it yet?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We moved your post from the Chat section to the help boards as its content fits better here. 


We'd first recommend heading to your account overview page > go to Your Services > click on "Start Watching". This should allow you to start using the Hulu service if it was already activated. In case you can't find this tab, could you send over a screenshot where we can see how it looks on your end? Make sure to remove/hide any kind of personal information from it. 


On the other hand, keep in mind that users can choose to create a new account or link an existing one in the process, so if you can't link the account that you want, it's possible that you've created another account in the process of activating Hulu.


If this is the case, you'll need to cancel your subscription, wait until your account reverts to the free service and subscribe to Student (since this bundle is not available for a regular Premium subscription) and start the process again, making sure to link the right account this time.

Hi, I have a similar issue. I just discovered that a student plan will give access to Hulu (with ads) but I cannot find the activation button for that. Is this plan US only? 
This is what it looks like for me:


According to this website: I should have a section called "Activate Hulu" in my Account Overview. Is it somewhere else?

To answer your question, yes, the offer is currently only available in the US. If perhaps you're not located in the US, this is the reason why you can't see it. In that sense, we'd recommend keeping an eye on our Newsroom blog, so you can stay tuned for future offers.


If you're set in the US, we'd suggest you make sure your account has the right country/region settings. If yes, you can try opening your account page on a different device or in an incognito window to check if you notice any difference.
