Subscribe to premium but my account is still in free

i have just subscribe for student premium yet my account say's im free they deducted 65.00 pesos on the spot it register on my debit dated today that it has been paid out so where the f*ck is my premium subscribe? is spotify now a scammer for small amount of money there is no one to contact here always say ask community what the f*ck you should put a team for support like this or like a chat support but automated reply will answer .. this s*cks this spotify need to be close..
