Subscription, payment and non existent Welcome email

Hi,

 

My 12 year old managed to sign up for a 7 day free trial and now my PayPal account has been charged $11.99 which is for Premium.  I need to know - 

 

1. If he worked out my PayPal details where is my "sign-up/welcome" email from Spotify which I assume I should have recieved.

 

2. Why does it state under the Subscriptions tab "You're currently Spotify Free. We have an even better service called Spotify Premium. It lets you listen ad-free, on-demand and offline. Like a free trial?" when I am obviously now paying for this service

 

3. Why does it not state any receipts under the "Receipts" tab when I am now paying for Premuim.

 

4. Where can I view my payment details and the date that my payments will be made?
