My Question or Issue

 

i’ve updated my credit card info, logged in and out even cancelled my subscription and resubscribed and it’s still denying my payment for premium. Dont kno what else to do, pls help!

Can you please send me a screenshot of any error messages being shown (Make sure to hide sensitive info whenn posting to the community)? Does this work using another browser?
