From what you kindly mentioned, it's possible you have more than one account. Take into account that when you join a family plan, the plan manager is the one who pays. If you're receiving charges even if you're a member, then it means you're subscribed on a different account.

In this case, we suggest you start by checking the credentials of the account you've joined to the family plan with. To do this, you can follow these steps from a mobile phone:

1. Tap the picture profile at the top-right of the screen.
2. Go to Settings and privacy. 
3. At the top, tap Account. There you can find your username and the email linked to your account (if any).

After that, the next step would be trying to locate possible secondary accounts you may have. Go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.

Note: Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these, the other Premium account may be linked to one of these options as well.
 

Once you locate the other Premium account, you can follow these steps to cancel that subscription and avoid receiving any future charges.
