Dear Spotify,

 

a few months back, I subscribed to a free trial from you via Facebook. It has come to my attention that you have been debitting $11.99 roughly monthly, amounting in a total of $35.97aud. I WANT THIS MONEY BACK! I never authorised this payment to be processed and lodged a cancellation on the subscription more than a day before the end of the subscription period. Please text or call me on *edited for security reasons* to sort this out!!

Thank you so much for posting your concern to the Community. I totally understand where you're coming from, however we aren't able to help you or provide any advice regarding refunds through the Spotify Community.

 

You’ll need to get in touch with the great folks over at the Spotify Support Team directly about this; you can shoot them a message through this portal. Make sure to select the correct reason from the support menu.

 

As a word of advice, in the future it is safer not to include your phone number in Community threads. These discussions are public, and giving away such personal information does pose a risk to yourself.
