I bought premium that day and I'm able to download songs and play any song I want. But I still can't skip songs... it always sais: "you've discovered a premium feature"... but I just bought premium?! (have got screenshots, if required)

How come on my bank account I'm charged $4.99 but I didn't even finish the process of getting premium. I didn't prove that I was a student yet. How come I'm eating charged and will I get my money back?
