My Question or Issue

I started a premium trial subscription but i doesn't work. I already restarted, logged out and logged in but it doesn't work. It also doesn't display on the website that i have premium. No i didn't create a second account or something and yes i got the payment of 1 euro cent. (order number: 1238288670968109)

I already looked at that article but it wasn't the solution for me.

Keep in mind that each person can use benefit from the trial once. After that, you won't be able to use the trial again.

 

I'd recommend checking in with your bank to see the state of the 1 EURO cent payment, and keep me posted.

Yes i paid the 1 cent and got it back. I made this account this week so i didn't have the trial before

Hey @HugoValkenburg,

 

the 1 cent you paid is for the trial, and if you used the same payment method on an old account and you're using it again on a new one, you also won't be able to get the trial offer.
