Hi! I'm reaching out for some help. I've got a giftcard for christmas present last year. When I try to upgrade to premium with the PIN gode from the card it just comes up a red box where it says that it doesn't work. I've tried all the solutions that I found on the web, but it still doesn't work. I've read that the company behind the cards has gone bankruptcy. I'm afraid that the card is unworthy. Is there a chance that I can get a substitute? The card was worth 300 swedish kronor. Thank you in advance.

I sent an e-mail to spotify support, they asked med to send a picture on
the giftcard and The receipt. That way they could help me and manage to fix
