My Question or Issue

 

I've been payed 2 times this month for my spotify account on 3.6.2020 and 17.6.2020 on my card i dont know why this is happening so could this be fixed since i dont want to pay 20.00 Euros for one account per month.

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

 

Alternatively, if you prefer support via Twitter, you can tweet @SpotifyCares or message Spotify Cares Facebook.

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

If you're getting charged twice, it probably means you're paying more than one account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.

Hey

I don't have my card details on any other accounts but it did say to me that the payment couldnt go through twice in the same month i checked the payment details the first time and then it went through and then the same thing came up again the second time in the same month so i dont know why this is happening to me but could it be fixed somehow?
