I have a VISA gift card with money on it and it won't work to get premium and it's frustrating

I'm sorry to hear this. Can you try processing the payment using a different browser or private window? You can also try following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, I'd recommend getting in touch with the payment provider to see if it's something on their end or return to the merchant where you received the Gift Card to see if they can provide you with another one.
