My Question or Issue

Hi,
I was on Premium Individual Plan and yesterday was it's renewal date but the auto renvew failed somehow. However when I tried to change the payment method from https://www.spotify.com/in-en/account/overview/ page then it lands me to https://www.spotify.com/in-en/premium/?ref=checkout&checkout-error=true#plans page where Premium Individual Plan is not visible. 
As per the following article the plan will available for users that signed up for Premium Individual before November 13th, 2025 which is my case : https://support.spotify.com/in-en/article/premium-individual/

Kindly fix the issue so that I can update my payment method. Thanks!

To check which premium plans are available for your account, log in and go to your account overview page.

 

Regarding the payment issues, I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify support using this link. They should be able to take it forward.
