Unable to purchase premium

I purchased premium on my 1st spotify account, 3 months for 99c became available and i wanted to purchase it so i made a new account in order to purchase it using the same paypal account and payment details but it never goes through and instead brings me back to the payment methods page. 

I’m also unable to start free trials on my new account/s, i’m wondering is it because i have tried premium on my old account and used the same payment details to purchase premium? 

Need a solution asap because i’m going crazy without premium, thank you.

That's indeed because you've already gotten a trial by using that payment method in your account. Users who have had Premium in the past, including a 30-day trial, aren't eligible for the intro offer. However, you can now save 2 months by subscribing to the discounted Annual Plan or check out Spotify Family www.spotify.com/family or Spotify Student https://www.spotify.com/student/

Thank you for your response, will I then be eligible for that offer if I pay with different payment details? I created a new spotify account to get that offer as my old 1 already had premium once.
