I applied for it and sheer ID confirmed, when I clicked to mail link saying complete your shopping, I was taken back to purchase screeb and it asked for sheer ID confirmation again I tried 3 times and I was charged 3 times and still couldnt get premium.

The payments on your statement should show as pending/pre-auth, meaning no money's been taken. The funds should reappear on your statement soon. In the meantime, you can subscribe to the student discount at spotify.com/student.
