I used my Smart Number on my initial payment as a premium user but a month later as i try to renew my subscription I kept on encountering "unknown error". Since i cant solve it i changed my subscription details and used my GLOBE/TM number.
Today i tried to change back my subscription details back to my SMART number, but i still i keep on encountering "Unknown Error". T.T
Is there anyway i could fix this?

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again using Smart to see if it helps.
