Unknown Error (Smart Payment)

Hi.

I used my Smart Number on my initial payment as a premium user but a month later as i try to renew my subscription I kept on encountering "unknown error". Since i cant solve it i changed my subscription details and used my GLOBE/TM number.

Today i tried to change back my subscription details back to my SMART number, but i still i keep on encountering "Unknown Error". T.T

Is there anyway i could fix this?

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again using Smart to see if it helps.

If you encounter the same error message I suggest reaching out to your service provider directly for more information about this.
