My Question or Issue

 

I tried to unsubscribe few days ago and I thought it was done successfully although I did’t recieve an e-mail with confirmation.

Today I got an e-mail from Paypal that there’s been taken  €10 from my bank acc - which really **bleep** me off.

 Since I’m not a student and also don’t live in Germany anymore - this affects my budget:

1. No student discount.(50%)
2. The currency here(BGN) costs 50% less than Euro.
which makes 100% more money for the same service.

 

I’d be grateful if I could get my €10 back and continue with the free version of Spotify.
I also hope there won’t be any bug issues anymore. 
It would also be a good idea to make the subscription plan changeable from the App not only from browser.

Sorry to hear you've had difficulties canceling your Premium plan. Don't worry - we're here to help.

 

If your account page shows a date when your plan will change to Spotify Free, you’ve successfully cancelled and won’t be charged again. If it doesn’t show this, try the cancel steps again making sure you reach the confirmation message. 

 

To check if you're eligible for a refund, I'd suggest you head here and check out our policy.

The plan was to have my premium plan canceled on 4.04.2020(today) not 4.05.2020. Thus being charged only once without my student discount. 

Already read the links from your reply and didn’t find an answer to my question.
