Upgrade to duo setup

My Question or Issue

I just upgraded to Duo premium, and trying to setup my account.
The page where I can configure my address just shows a loading bar and nothing happens.

Do I have to wait till my premium individual ends in 2 weeks, before duo is actually activated, and my partner can start using her Duo account?
