When will the new subscription start?

My Question or Issue

I've seen different dates being listed, so I'm wondering when I will be billed for my subscription. When I started the free trial it said I would get charged on Aug 1st, but on my profile it says Aug 8th. So which is it?

Thank you for reaching out! Can you let me know the version of the trial you've started (7 day trial / 30 day trial) and when you started the trial?

It was a 30-day trial. It says on my account that my subscribtion will be billed on Agust 8th.

From your screenshot however, it looks like your subscription will renew on the first of August 2018 (2018-08-01).

You can always double-check this here too.
