Wrong Plan purchased

Wrong Plan purchased

I purchased a plan (pre-paid) but I realised I am not eligible for it (50%off for new users).

The receipt number is 1334663511000101-1-1

Need to understand if this premium plan will work or will get a refund so that I can go for a supported premium plan.

Location: India, Payment Mode: PayTM (Wallet)

Can you check your account status here? If it says Premium, you should be good to go.

 

As long as you have a receipt confirming your subscription (sent via email) and you're able to use your Premium features in the app, you're all set.

Nopes, I cancelled my existing plan and purchased the new plan.
I see only my cancelled plan @accounts and not the new plan...
the new plan payment recipt is there though.

In this case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support here. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
