My Question or Issue

Your last payment didn't work. 

even tho in my credit card it says i payed twice in 10.01.2020 and 11.02.2020 i payed for yearly but now it changed to monthly, but it stopped now

i can't even get in still says "Your last payment didn't work." 

is there a way to get money back and change it to yearly

i feel like they just stole money from me

You can check your account overview page at anytime to get all the info on the changes made on it.

From your current account status to your receipts and much more.

 

In addition, in order to view the current subscription types offered in your country, you can check out this info page.

 

Regarding your payments, if you're having any issues processing your current payments i would like you to try the steps provided here.
