My Question or Issue

I've recently found out I've been getting charged for premium but that isn't the issue. On my tablet it's reading I have premium and is sending me to desktop which says it doesn't along with my phone. I know for sure it's the same account too, so I don't have a clue what to do next.

Thanks for reaching out.


Can you please open the Spotify app on your tablet and head into the Settings area of the app? Once you're there, click on Account. It should show you the username you're logged in with.

 

Now you can check the same on your phone and see if they match (they likely won't if you have Premium on one device but not on the other).
