cannot validate the address in French Guiana

Hello, I cannot add my partner in the duo subscription since Spotify does not identify our address. It says that our adress is too general but there is nothing more to add to it!

We live in French Guiana in Macouria.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

For starters, let us know how far along the registration process you get the error message - if you're starting a new plan, is it after you've entered your payment details? 

We'd suggest that, if your address doesn't autocomplete when trying to start a new plan, enter your entire address, then select Find. If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building. Just don't use someone else's address as we've mentioned in some of our advice above.

Lastly, if this doesn't do the trick, would you mind trying it from an incognito window and from a different device? Also, it's worth trying with a different internet connection to see if that makes the difference.
