My Question or Issue

I re-verified my student status last month and still got charged the normal fee instead of the students fee this month. How can I get the overcharged money back?

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

For what you kindly mentioned, it seems your discount has expired and that is why you started to be charged for Premium Individual. Once a student discount runs out, you go back to paying the standard monthly price as stated in the terms and conditions of the discount.

 

On another note, if you have already applied for another year of discount and the verification was successful, you will receive an email with the steps to follow to apply the discount to your account. Once the steps are completed, the discount will be reapplied to your account as of your next billing date.
