cant buy premium !

cant buy premium !

I cant buy the premium offer! every time I tried the page keep loading and nothing happens > tried different browsers ( chrome-opera-firefox)

even tried to make another account and the issue still there.

Thanks for the screenshot.
First, could you try using a different internet connection to see if that works? Also, does it stay stuck on the loading page after 2 minutes?

 

Check your bank statements to see if any authorization charges have been placed on the account, and check your Spotify account here to see the status of your account (Free or Premium). Last but not least, make sure that you haven't tried Premium in the past (if you're signing up for the free trial).
