Hi Spotify Team,

 

Hope that you will read this concern of mine.  For the past months, the app automatically deducts the 129 php from my debit card but now, I am seeing that the payment won't go through due to its got failed. 

 

I am subscribed to Spotify premium and I never had a problem like this until now. You see, my debit card has money on it, and I don't know the reason of why this is happening. 

 

Please help me fix this problem. Also, I attached the error message I am seeing so that you guys have a picture of what I'm talking about.

Let's see what's going on.

First, check in with your bank to make sure they allow recurring payments, and that your card is valid. 

 

Also, you can update your payment details (by entering the current payment details you have now) just to refresh and see if it gets updated following these steps.

 

If you're still having trouble, when you log on to Spotify on a different browser or private window, do you see the same message - and are you getting any emails about failed payments?
