i can't subscribe the individual premium plan

i can't subscribe the individual premium plan

After reaching the limit of my credit card, I had to change my payment method on Spotify, and my plan has been change in the process without me noticing from "Individual" to "Duo". When I try to switch back to individual I'm asked to add my billing address (although it haven't change at all), and I had to give US address although I live in Israel. what can I do?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In this case, you can cancel your subscription, if you haven't done so already, and wait till your account reverts to Spotify Free.

 

Afterward, you should be able to upgrade to Spotify Premium without any issues. And don't worry about the fact that it is asking for an address right now, as this is associated with the Duo plan and won't matter when following the steps above.
