payment with paysafe card not working?

when i try to pay with my paysafecard it says it can't be used in this store, and i don't know why this is happening, is the paysafecard service down?

Can you please clear your browser's cache and cookies or use an incognito window to try it again? 

Also, if you're trying to claim any of the ongoing offers, this payment method isn't eligible at the moment because it's non-recurring.

I am having the same thing happening to getting up my nose why is it doin it  paysafe won't work .says can't be used at this shop well something like that it's the same as others are saying dam it .really is a pain
