My Question or Issue

I bought a Premium Duo and I share it with my sun.

A the same time (My sun on his mobile, and me on mine) we cannot listen different music.

I see his account on duo premium account

 

I don't know how to fix the issue

Hello @carmost!

 

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'll try to help you out.

 

It sounds like both you and your son are logged into the same Spotify account. With Duo, you can use Premium in up to two different accounts and that way you'll be able to listen to music in different devices. In order to fix this, I'd recommend that your son creates a new Spotify account here and logs into this account on his devices.

 

In order to be able to use Premium, you can learn how to add this account to the Duo plan in this Support article.
