My Question or Issue

I was using the Duo plan, but my credit card expired, so the payment failed. I made a new payment with a different card on October 21, 2025, but it’s still showing as “pending.” How can I fix this?

Hey @5cmyt6d6x3dswrpumxse, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Typically Premium begins once you make a payment, however, some payment methods may differ which means the charge may have to be posted before Premium begins. It shouldn’t take a while for this process to happen. However, I’d recommend following these steps if you’re unable to access Premium.

 

If you have been charged and it’s pending on the card that was expired, the charge should disappear after it gets posted to your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
