My Question or Issue

My free subscription ended today, November 23rd. It was automatically charged, but I haven't used the music streaming service since then. I'd like to request a refund.

I understand that you would like a refund. Please know that if a payment has already been processed on your account, canceling the subscription will not refund the payment, and your Premium will remain active until the next billing date. Any and all refund requests are handled by contacting Customer Support here.

Refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the payment has been processed (date of purchase), and I would recommend making sure that you have all of your payment information on hand, as the Customer Support team will need that to verify your account. There is more information about refunds here.
