premium subscription not working

premium subscription not working

I activated Premium last week but according to the App (on iPhone 12 and in the Desktop App) I am still on a free plan.

- Paid through PayPal
- My account says I have the Premium subscription
- I have a Spotify invoice stating I paid on August 16th.
- I tried to log out/ log in several times on both apps (as per FAQ answer) but it still shows I am on a free plan.

Anyone who can help me out?

yes I did. I tried multiple times both with the username as displayed at my account as well as with the according e-mailadress. Unfortunately so far without any luck...

Can you post a few screenshots of the app so that we can see how it looks on your end? 🙂

 

Also, have you tried using any Premium features yet (e.g. downloading music for offline listening)?
