the payment went out of my card but the spotify app is still saying the payment failed.

My first suggestion that you check if the payment for the Premium subscription has gone through successfully by heading over to your Account page. Also, you can check your email for a confirmation from Spotify, which should be automatically sent when subscribing for Spotify Premium.

If you can see your payment there, I suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in. 

But if you're sure you've been charged, but you're still on the free service, you may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a second Spotify account. Try logging in with any details you might have used to create an account. There are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find your account.

my cashapp shows it has been charged to spotify pc, and i know i paid it to my account because i saw my profile picture on it!! do you know if it’s possible to get a refund so i can try again??😓😓

So when you click here, do you see your account status as Premium or Free?

it says premium but it also says the payment failed, however it took it out of my money account

Ok, so if it says Premium, the app is working with all Premium features, and that's what you want, right?
