"See all plans" empty

"See all plans" empty

I recently updated payment method (a card had expired, I added a new one via google) and somehow in the process spotify had canceled my family subscription, so now I'm on Premium Individual. I want to get back to Family, but when I tap "See all plans" in the app - the screen is empty. What to do? Thanks

Hey @yrockthanks for reaching out to the Community!

I’m sorry to hear that. Keep in mind that you can’t pay for Premium Family by mobile, or with another company. It seems like the Premium Family plan was canceled because you’re now paying through another provider. In that case, you would have to change your payment method directly with Spotify. Once you do that, you should be able to change plans through your account page
