I bought a Spotify subscription (money was withdrawn from the account), but there was an error with the region inaccuracy, the plan did not change to premium, the payment was written off. What should I do?

Hey @Dilyara1111, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you let me know what your account status says here? Also, can you check to see if the charge is still pending on your bank account? If it is still pending on your account, it should erase or be reversed back to you once it posts on your bank account.

 

You can manage your country/region settings following these steps. Please keep in mind that your payment method must match the region your account is based in.
