My Question or Issue
I am in Russia and want to Upgrade my account for a first time. I have virtual Mastercard of a Russian financial entity and equivalent of 53 Euro on account in rubles. I've tried incognito (Private Window in firefox), same problem.

We'd suggest you try with another browser. You can also check here all the available payment methods in your country and subscribe to Premium with another payment method.
If the issue persists, you can send us a screenshot of the error message. We'll take a look.

just tried in chrome browser and also on my cellphone (android) always the same problem.
FYI I just successfully refilled with my card my account on local mobile provider MTS.

Just a heads up that we removed the uploaded photos as they contained some sensitive information.
We'd advise you to try with another connection. If that doesn't work, it is a good idea to wait a few days and try again.
You can also contact your payment provider. The team there can have a look and give you more information about the payments.

nope, it tried from my mobile phone connection, it shows me the some error 'something goes wrong address Support Service'. I dont think it's a problem of the bank, I'm buying stuff in Google play market, I purchase stuff in internet. This is something between me and Spotify, Im not sure what 😞
