Audiobook chapters wrong

Starsight (Brandon Sanderson) and other audiobooks tend to have the chapters wrong. 

For example, Chapter 1 is just the intro or authors comments or something, then Chapter 2 is the actual chapter 1 so it's all off by one chapter. 

Is there a way to fix or report this problem?
