My Question or Issue

Hello,

for my weeding party i created a spotify playlist and printed a qr-code to that playlist on the invitations mails (on paper) with the idea that every guest adds his or her favourite song for our party.

This was tested successfully several times. Now it appears that several people are no longer able to access the playlist and add songs.

There is no option to "reopen" the playlist or something. Do you have any advice?

Hi @Max9311,

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

Is the playlist collaborative? If so, note that invite links expire after 7 days. In case the link has already expired, you'll have to generate a new one and share it with the people at the party again, I'm afraid.

There's currently an issue with collaborative playlists, which might also be causing this. Our tech folks are looking into it and we'll keep everyone posted in this thread as soon as there are any updates.

Hope you get this sorted out before the event. The Community is always here if there's anything else you need assistance with.

Cheers!

Yes, its collaborative. The link did not expire 7 days after creation.

Hopefully the current issue with collaborative playlists solves our issue too.
