I've been using Spotify Premium for over three years, and until 2019 I have never considered unsubscribing. The user interface changed several months ago, and ever since I can't stand using the app. Everything used to be neatly sorted alphabetically by artist, and now I have to manually pick which artists are in my library. My other option is to scroll through thousands of titles in the "liked songs playlist," which is so messy and unpractical in comparison to the old UI. I don't know whether most people like the update or not, but I really want there to be an option to use the old format or reverse the update entirely. I typically don't complain to companies about their product, but in this case I'm desperate. Listening to music is a huge part of my life, and Spotify has always been the only music library that works for me. I don't understand why the old format wasn't good enough, this one is completely unusable. Please consider creating a solution for your customers who are unhappy with these changes.
