My Question or Issue

I have a free and a premium account. I have been using the premium account for almost 8 years and had forgotten all about the free account. They both are attached to the same email and all of a sudden when I try to log in (on any device), it will only take me to the free account. I am paid in full on the premium account -- how do I get back in???

 

And is there somewhere to contact besides here?

Hey @really_frustrated 

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
