My Question or Issue

I can still see and play all my local files from the library. But they vanished from all my Playlist. I can add them again, but the moment I open the Playlist again I can see them all getting removed again.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

We'd suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in twice in a row. This will force a sync between your device and the account.

 

In case you're still having issues with your local files, you can try performing a clean reinstall of the app by following this guide. We recommend this step since it gets you the latest app version and removes corrupted data from previous installations that could be causing issues with the app's performance on your device.

On another note, if you're experiencing this on your Android device only - we'd advise that you check your Settings and as you might be using cache clearing apps that could cause this behavior.
