Cannot find downloaded audiobook

I used a redeemable code to download an audiobook for review. The code shows as being redeemed, but I cannot see the book anywhere, either in my library or by searching.

Under audiobooks, the mobile app just promotes "Audiobooks for you" and on the desktop it doesn't display any.

Where has my audiobook gone?
