Collaborative Playlist syncing?

Collaborative Playlist syncing?

i created my first collaborative playlist and invited my wife.  She is shows as a collaborator below the title of the playlist next to my icon.  But the songs she adds to the list which she can see on her end cannot be seen on the list on my end.  How do we actually have a single shared playlist we can both add to and edit?

Thanks for reaching out & sorry to see you've been having issues with your collaborative playlist!

In case this is a sync issue, I'd advise both of you to clear your cached data as shown here and to log out and back in twice in a row. This will trigger a manual sync of all your settings and data. Make sure you're not using any VPN services.

 

If this doesn't make a difference, try creating a new collaborative playlist by following the steps here and see if the issue persists with it as well. If it does, in order to dig a bit deeper into this, try creating the playlist from your wife's account and send the invite to your own account to see if the error goes both ways.
