My Question or Issue

I use the Spotify website as I can't download the application on all my computers (work). The warning used to pop up when I would go to add a song to a playlist and it was already there. I just went through and added about 20 songs to playlists from my "liked" playlist. Spotify gave no warning about them being a duplicate. I have to back now and try and clean up several playlists.

I did search and saw responses about uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Can't do that in this case. This is a feature that used to work on the website, can someone please try and fix this?

Funny story. I have been reading posts and searching this forum for at least 40 minutes. Duplicate warning wasn't working the entire time. Now that I took the time to make a post about it to report the issue... guess what works? Not sure what the heck the issue was.

Hey @conejita236,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for getting in touch with us.

We're glad to hear that you got this sorted out. It is quite common for temporary issues to have a simple solution - like an update of the app or a quick restart, so that's probably what happened in this case.  A lucky coincidenceLyubka_2-1660030306161.png

Cheers!
