Empty Library

Empty Library

The library is empty. Logging out didn't help; only uninstalling the app and then logging in again restored the data. The library is present on another phone.

I'm sorry you've experienced this! I believe your issue is related to your app's cache, and a clean reinstall usually resolves it. You can check it out here 🙂

The problem occurs every few days, and having to download all the tracks again each time is annoying.

It started about 4 weeks ago, the first time I switched on offline mode. Now it happens whenever it wants.

I understand! In this case, I believe it would be helpful to speak directly with Spotify support. They usually respond quickly!
