I'm not sure I quite understand what you mean by "filter out a person". Perhaps revoke their editing rights or kick them from the playlist entirely? If so, you can do this by tapping on the profile pictures underneath the playlist name. This article goes more in-depth on the topic, check it out if you're interested.
In case you meant viewing all items added by a particular person, you can do this on desktop by setting the sort order to "Added by" and navigating to their position in the playlist (users are listed alphabetically).
Note: the "Added by" sort option isn't available in the mobile app at the moment.
