For PC/Browser: At the top of the playlist, click the three horizontal dots. After that, click "Edit details". Now you can edit your playlist name, description and photo.
For Android/iOS: At the top of the playlist, click the three vertical dots. Then, click "Edit playlist'. Now you can edit your playlist name, description and photo ๐
