I need help

Before last Friday I had 666 liked downloaded songs, I was playingusic in line at a party, all of a sudden my app glitches and I have 444 songs. I lost 222 mad randomly. I don't mind it that much I figure I can just add them back via listening history. Then I go back to the app and I have 300. Now it's getting annoying, so last night I went to my listening history and added almost all the songs I lost. Got back up to like 615 or something like that. I open the app today before my shower. AND I HAVE 0 SONGS. I've had this account for YEARS and I just lost every song ive ever saved on it. Completely empty. Wth Spotify???
