My Question or Issue

Recently, I am unable to play or queue my liked songs. I can select a song from my liked songs and it will play. However, afterwards, it will play some song I have never listened to before (and is not in my library) and won't play the next song I queued. It is so annoying.

I have already:

  • disabled autoplay and automix
  • the enhance button is not selected
  • songs are not in shuffle mode.

My subscription is up to date. 

Any advice.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

Have you already tried clearing the play queue of your device? This looks like an issue with an item in the play queue at a first glance. Here is more on how to do that. 
If this doesn't resolve the issue, try logging out and back in again a few times.


On another note, can you let us know if you see the song you've added to your queue in Next in Queue section? 
 

We'll be on the lookout.
