Hey @Brikmin,
Thanks for the reply!
If you're on the free version, then there might be something wrong with your country settings, since songs aren't showing up for you or playing. Can you check if the country on your account page matches the one you're currently in and adjusting it if it doesn't? That should do the trick.

This did not help. The problem has gotten worse (this happened before trying suggested solutions), and now no songs will play or appear in playlists.
Hi there @Brikmin,
Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you get the app working as expected again.
@mike533 was on the right track here, as it would be best to make sure your app doesn't have any corrupted cache and to check if this is device specific. Could you test if you can still see and play all your music on other devices? What about the web player? If you haven't performed a full clean reinstall yet, please do so, as these are known to resolve many issues and this definitely could be one of them.

The web player works, but even after reinstalling the app the problem persists. Also whenever trying to play a song, it says "you discovered a premium feature"
Hi @Brikmin,
Thanks for the prompt reply.
Do you usually have Premium or not? If you don't, then this should be expected on mobile as you can only play on shuffle without Premium. If you usually have Premium, then most likely you're logged into the wrong account, which would also explain the missing music. Try checking these steps to make sure you're using the correct account.

I don't usually have premium, and songs won't play on shuffle, or even appear in the playlist
